Gun enthusiasts hone skills at shooting range as American soldiers set up base nearby

Members of the Strzelnica 5 shooting range in Chorzelow, Poland practice their gun shooting skills on 20 February, 2022. The shooting range is situated right across from the Mielec airfield where over a thousand US army soldiers have been stationed in some 200 temporary tents. The US has sent a large number of soldiers including members of the Airborne forces, members of the Military Police (MP) and fighting equipment amid a direct threat by Russia to attack neighbouring Ukraine.
