A drone view of the site selected to host one of the large "Community Isolation Facilities" being built by China in Hong Kong, on February 24, 2022. This site is located next to the Kai Tak cruise terminal. The drone footage shows the site is at a very early stage of construction with cranes and bare ground. The footage then pans around to show Victoria Harbour and the Children's Hospital as well as the construction sites of "One Monaco" by China Overseas Land & Investment, one Chinese mainland developer under financial pressure.
