Production of organic cheeses in Algeria

Fahima, 53, produces more than 150 liters of cow's milk per week, and manufactures 40 kinds of cheese according to customer demand, represented in hotels and consulates. Fahima lives in the town of (ouacif), tizi ouzou , 160 km. from Algiers in Algeria on March 14, 2022, Fahima started making cheese accompanied by her husband in 2000, where they followed recipes from a book her husband brought from the Paris exhibition during his visit to his home under the title "How to make cheese at home"
