People injured in an earthquake are treated at a hospital after a 5.6 magnitude earthquake struck the region of Cianjur in West Java, Indonesia on November 22, 2022. Sayang Hospital in Cianjur also has a shortage of medical personnel, who are overwhelmed by the sheer number of patients. Volunteers, police personnels and members of the Indonesian Military are assisting health workers. According to data from the National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB), at least 103 people have died, 377 were injured and more than 7060 were stranded at makeshift shelter.
