Kashmiri Shia Muslims light candles and pray on the graves of their relatives marking Shab e Baraat in Srinagar. Shab-e-baraat is a festival observed by Muslims between 14th and 15th night of 8th Islamic Month Sha'aban, who pray all night with the belief that God will decide everyone's fortune on this night.
