An aerial video taken on Oct. 3, 2021 shows the high water level at the flood peak of the Yellow River after a rainstorm in Binzhou, Shandong Province, China. The Yellow River has reached its highest level since 1988 due to heavy rains in Shandong province. Binzhou Yellow River bureau emergency mobilization of many machinery flood operations. All scenic spots along the Yellow River were closed.
