Inauguration of the 2021 edition of the WTE with Luca Zaia in Padua on 23 September 2021. The 2021 edition of the WTE kicked off this morning, 23 September at Palazzo della Ragione. The World Exhibition of Unesco Sites returned to Padua after the city had hosted it from 2014 to 2016, coinciding with the inclusion of "Padova Urbs Picta, the Scrovegni Chapel and the frescoed cycles of the '300 of Padua" in the World Heritage Unesco List. On the spot the Governor of Veneto Luca Zaia who inaugurated the ceremony and visited the stands set up in Palazzo della Ragione.
