Poland is building a barrier with a concrete foundation along its border with Belarus following an influx of migrants over the past summer. Belarusian president Viktor Lukashenko has been accused of orchestrating a large scale influx of migrants from the Middle East to put pressure on the EU for sanctions imposed after rigged elections.
