Territorial Defence Force is a body of reservists with basic combat skills. Women take about 20% of organisation's volunteers. Every week hundreds of civilians are being trained in Kiev as Ministry of Defence of Ukraine plans to create a greater and more permanent units of Territorial Defence Forces. The training also takes place in other major cities of Ukraine
