View of Tulips flowers in their full blooming during the preview for tourists in New Delhi. The Rashtrapati Bhawan (President Palace), Mughal Garden reopens on February 12, 2022 for public and it's on 15-acres of land with more than 3000 flowers, 120 types of roses and it has musical fountain. It was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens in 1917 in a Persian Carbagh style and was completed in 1929.
