Archaeological site of Drang in Baramulla, Indian administered Kashmir.

A view of the ruins of an ancient temple in Drang, some 50kms from Summer capital Srinagar, Indian administered Kashmir. Drung's ancient Temple is located a mile away from the Drung Waterfall. The temple is believed to be built by Pandavas of Mahabharata fame. The monument is protected and declared as State Protected Monument as per the Ancient Monument Preservation Act Samvat 1977í in the year 1983 and since then the site is maintained by the state department of archaeology.
