In this drone video filmed on 3rd of April 2022, it can be seen that the Kai Tak Community Isolation Facility (CIF) is nearing completion for some of its multi-story prefabricated cabins. Planned on being used for COVID patients, the CIF will be adding around 10,000 places to the sprawling complex of quarantine centers in Hong Kong.
