A landslide of the Triolet Glacier, Courmayeur, Aosta Valley, on August 4, 2022. The Aiguille de Triolet (3,870 metres (12,697 ft)) is a mountain on the eastern part the Mont Blanc massif, on the border between France and Italy. Italy has been baking in an heavy heatwave and scientists said climate change was making previously stable glaciers more unpredictable. The past month, six people have died after a glacier collapsed in the Dolomites. (Video by Pier Matteo Venino/NurPhoto)
