Nearly a thousand people including those with physical disabilities marched from the Presidential Palace to the Polish Parliament on May 23, 2019 in Warsaw, Poland to protest against lacking financial support for care of persons with disabilities. The ruling, conservative Law and Justice party has recently announced new welfare policies for newborns and the elderly without including those who take care of the disabled.
