President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron received Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal at the Elysée Palace. The Ukranian Premier is in Paris to represent President Volodomyr Zelensky, who will take part via video conference from Kiev in the Franco-Ukrainian conference for resistance and reconstruction organised in support of Kiev.
