Lotus stem, locally known as “ Nadur” is grown in different water bodies across Kashmir, mainly in the Dal Lake, Nigeen Lake, Anchar Lake and Manasbal Lake. Lotus stem (Nadru) is one of the vegetables in Kashmir.
