Seventeen people have been reported killed including four children in a helicopter crash in the Kyiv region’s Brovary, according to media reports.The helicopter crashed near a kindergarten and residential building in the Kyiv region’s Brovary killed Ukrainian Internal Affairs Minister Denys Monastyrskyi, First Deputy Minister Yevhenii Yenin and State Secretary of the Ukrainian Internal Affairs Ministry Yurii Lubkovych.
