Several hundred demonstrators gathered in front of the Russian embassy in Warsaw on 22 January, 2023 to demand a war crimes tribunal. During the rally four men dressed in prison overalls with masks of the faces of Vladimir Putin, Russian minister of defence Serge Shoigu, Russian minister of foreign Affaris Sergey Lavrov and Belarusian president Aleksander Lukashenko were taken to a mock trial in a cage to be sentenced for war crimes.
