On 13 February 2023, search crews continued to dig in the rubble of collapsed buildings to find missing people as distressed families watched in Nurdagi, a small city in the Gaziantep province of Turkey. A week earlier, twin earthquakes caused extensive damage in both Syria and Turkey, leaving thousands of buildings damaged or destroyed, while causing a massive loss of life. Here a man prays while search efforts continue.
