On Monday, European stock exchanges closed with significant gains following the confirmation of a new agreement between the European Union and the United Kingdom called the "Windsor Framework." This deal is expected to address some of the outstanding issues in Northern Ireland that were not resolved by the two sides' post-Brexit trade agreement, which was finalized over three years ago.
