Several thousand people demonstrated in support of Ukraine on the first anniversary of the war in front of the Russian embassy in Warsaw, Poland on 24 February, 2023. Demonstrators marched to the Sejm, the Polish parliament for speeches and a singing of the national anthem of Ukraine. Organisers also thanked the Polish government for their strong support of Ukraine throughout the war and reiterated demands for delivery of more ammunition and F16 fighter jets to combat ongoing Russian aggression.
