Trekkers and nature enthusiasts are making their way up to the top of the snow-covered Zabarwan hilltop, located in the Zabarwan Mountain Range in Srinagar. This sub-mountain range stretches for a short 32 km between the Pir Panjal Range and Great Himalayan Range, in the central part of the Kashmir Valley, Jammu and Kashmir. The highest peak in this range is Mahadev Peak, towering at 13,013 feet (3,966 m) and forming the distant background of the eastern mountain wall.
