Far-right protesters hold a banner with the words 'thanks to the protectors of the border' referring to the Polish border guard and other government services who work on the border with Belarus in Warsaw, Poland on 25 September, 2023. A protest organised by the far-right 'All Polish Youth' in front of the movie theatre at the Palace of Culture and Sciences drew several dozen who shouted obscene slogans such as 'only swine sit in the cinema'. The slogan was used by president Andrzej Duda recently in an interview when speaking about director Agnieszka Holland's film which has received fierce criticism from members of the government even comparing her to a Nazi Germany era collaborator.
