Meri Mati Mera Desh Campaign In India

The nationwide ''Meri Mati Mera Desh'' Campaign was launched as a tribute to the valiant individuals who sacrificed their lives for the nation.Under the campaign, to be launched by PM Narendra Modi on August 27, soil collected from 7,500 development blocks across the country will be brought to a site in Delhi where an ‘Amrit Van’ is proposed to be constructed in the memory of freedom fighters and martyrs.
