Fireworks light up the sky over the people at Meiji Jingu Stadium on August 10, 2019, Tokyo, Japan. Some 10 thousand fireworks were released over the Meiji Jingu Stadium located near to the New National Stadium which will host the opening and closing ceremonies of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This year, the fireworks festival and Japanese musicians joint forces together to raise money for the victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami, and Kumamoto earthquake victims.
