They are gathering at the Hazratbal Shrine in the summer capital, Srinagar, which houses a relic believed to be a hair from the beard of the Islamic Prophet Muhammad. They are offering special prayers on the occasion of Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi, the birth anniversary of the Islamic Prophet Muhammad.
