According to the announcement of the Country Garden Hong Kong Stock Exchange, from January to September 2023, the group achieved equity sales of about 154.98 billion yuan, down 43.9% from the same period last year, and down 65.4% from the same period in 2021. Among them, the amount of equity sales realized in September 2023 was about 6.17 billion yuan, which declined for the sixth consecutive month, down 80.7% year-on-year and down 86.5% from 2021.
