Highest turn out in Polish history at parliamentary elections

People are seen voting in poling station 333 in Warsaw, Poland on 15 October, 2023. A record turn out of more than 72 percent was recorded with people standing in line at poling station well after midnight in different cities. The vote was called the 'most important election since communism' by former PM and opposition leader Donald Tusk with the ruling Eurosceptic Law and Justice party on the brink of winning an unprecedented third term.
