De facto Polish leader Jaroslaw Kaczynski votes in Warsaw, Poland on 15 October, 2023. Kaczynski leads the ruling Law and Justice party which is heading for a possible unprecedented third term in power. Despite Kaczynski's part having only a slight lead in the polls the politician arrived more than two hours after the announced time and did not speak to journalists.
