Europe will turn back its clocks by one hour on Sunday, October 29, 2023. This is the annual transition from daylight saving time (DST) to standard time. DST is currently in effect in Italy, and the change will take place at 3:00 AM local time. When the clocks strike 3:00, they will be turned back to 2:00 AM. This will mean that the sun will rise and set one hour earlier than it did before the change.
