Russia withdraws from nuclear decommissioning pact with Japan

The Russian Federation has ended its cooperative agreement with Japan regarding the elimination of nuclear weapons. This decision was announced through Russia's official internet-portal of legal information. The agreement, originally signed in 1993, had established a committee dedicated to this purpose.
