06/01/2024 Mondovi, Italy. On January 6, 2024, the 34th International Balloon Rally of The Epiphany will occur in Mondovi, Italy. The event will feature an evening inflation of the hot air balloon to the tunes of a DJ set, known as "Night Glow." This hot air balloon rally is Italy's largest and longest-running, and Mondovì is the only city in Italy with an aerostatic port. In 2009, it hosted the aerostatic competitions of the World Air Games, also known as the Air Olympics.
