A conjunction between the moon and planet Jupiter occurred on January 18, 2024. Moon was at its first quarter phase, and Jupiter was in the constellation of Aries. The two objects were approximately 2 degrees apart in the sky. This conjunction was visible to the naked eye in most parts of the world. Video shows Moon and Jupiter (satellites well known as Jupiter Moons are visible next to the planet) disappearing behind clouds.
