In Poznan, Poland, on February 9, 2024, farmers from the Greater Poland region are riding their tractors adorned with anti-Green Deal banners. They are blocking Aleja Niepodleglosci road in the city center, in front of the region's Marshal Office, as part of a nationwide farmers' strike. This protest is a part of the larger European farmers' protest against the EU Green Deal regulations. Polish farmers are also demanding a change to the EU agreement with Ukraine regarding the import of agricultural produce to the EU. The protest, organized by Rola Wielkopolska, has gathered over a thousand tractors, causing road blockages in the city.
