Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov (Vladimir Lenin) striking bronze monument by the sculptor VB Topuridze is seen in Kaliningrad, Russia, on 8 September 2019 Originally situated on Victory Square, unveiled in 1958 to replace an earlier monument to Stalin. Temporarily removed in 2005 for reconstruction work, never returned, was installed near the Art House Concert and Theater Complex (Dom Iskusstv) on Prospekt Leninskiy street.
