The 41-year-old female was traveling in a Hyundai and a 78-year-old female was traveling in a Volvo. The 78-year-old female suffered a medical episode and struck the Hyundai from behind, then struck a pole. EMS transported the 78-year-old female to the hospital where she was pronounced deceased and the 41-year-old female refused medical attention at the scene.
