In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, joyous Eid celebrations have turned tragic as at least 18 people are currently drowning in separate incidents across Nowshera, Charsadda, and Kohat, three districts observing Eid. The latest reports indicate that 10 people have been successfully rescued, and the search for a young girl and boy is ongoing. The rescue efforts are being supported by the active deployment of diving teams at tourist spots, a directive issued by Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur himself.
