Rescue teams are conducting a search and rescue operation at the site of an incident where a boat capsized in Srinagar. The boat, which was ferrying six individuals including a woman and her two siblings, capsized while crossing the swollen Jhelum river. The boat was carrying at least 15 people, mostly children, and the incident resulted in six fatalities, with three individuals still missing. This tragedy is occurring after continuous rainfall over the past two days, which has led to a rise in the water levels of the Jhelum river.
