Exchange, a 27-year-old male victim was near the sidewalk when he was approached by an unknown vehicle. An unknown suspect exited the vehicle, approached the victim, produced a handgun, and fired shots. The victim was struck in the thigh and self-transported to the hospital and is reported in good condition. There are no suspects in custody.
