People are walking through a flooded road following heavy rainfall in Nagaon district of India's northeastern state of Assam, on June 20, 2024. Over 1.61 lakh people in 15 districts of Assam are affected by the flood. According to the Assam State Disaster Management Authority, the flood has claimed 26 lives so far this year.
