The opening reception of the 93rd Izmir International Fair is being held in Izmir, Turkey, on August 31, 2024, and is being attended by Vice President Cevdet Yilmaz, Istanbul Mayor Ekrem Imamoglu as the guest of honor, Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Cemil Tugay, and AK Party and CHP party deputies. In the ceremony, which is being held at the Innovation and Technology Stand, Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Cemil Tugay and Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem Imamoglu are signing a cooperation protocol between the Izmir and Istanbul metropolitan municipalities.
