Snow removal may take up to 3 weeks as Toronto digs out of back-to-back storms

The City of Toronto is saying snow removal may take up to three weeks after Toronto is being blanketed with heavy snow from back-to-back winter storms. Between 16 and 23 centimetres of snow are falling across Toronto over the weekend, which is in addition to 15 to 20 centimetres that are falling last Wednesday.
