Devotees offer prayers and sacrifice animals to the Goddess Kali at Dakshinkali Temple (Dakshin Kali Temple) in Nepal. Dakshinkali Temple is located about 22 km from Nepal's capital Kathmandu. The temple is dedicated to the Hindu Goddess Kali and every Saturday, from early morning, hundreds of devotees pour into the temple to present animals to be sacrificed to Goddess Kali. The animals to be sacrificed must be uncastrated male animals.
