Upon arrival, officers are observing a 19-year-old man identified as Kevin Hernandez, who is sustaining a gunshot wound to the torso. EMS is transporting Hernandez to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center where he is being pronounced dead. There are no arrests and the investigation is remaining ongoing.
