A 22 year old student of Warsaw University has been detained after killing a University employee with an axe on 07 May, 2025. Police detained a 22 year old male student who attacked a woman, allegedly severing her head from her body and critically injuring a security guard who tried to stop him. A vigil has been organised for the victim which is being visited throughout all times of the day after shock of the news hit thousands of university students and employees.
