Poland: Presidential election campaign

Rafal Trzaskowski's, presidential candidate for Civic Coalition party rally in Warsaw, 19 May 2025. Liberal Warsaw Mayor Rafal Trzaskowski emerged as the front-runner in Poland's presidential election first round. Trzaskowski is allied with Prime Minister Donald Tusk, speaks foreign languages and holds pro-European Union views. His support is strongest in cities, where many like his secular views and support for LGBTQ+ rights.
