Helicopter rescue operations in the Dolomites

In the Dolomites, mountain rescue is carried out primarily with the help of helicopters, particularly those operated by Aiut Alpin Dolomites and SUEM 118, with the support of Dolomiti Emergency for medical and logistical matters. These aircraft, such as the Airbus H145, operate in emergency situations to recover injured or distressed people, working in close coordination with the operations centers and ground rescue teams.
