The far-right political Confederation Party (Konfederacja) is holding coordinated protests across Poland on Saturday, July 19, 2025, under the slogan “Stop Immigration!”, calling for the immediate closure of Poland’s borders with Lithuania, Ukraine, Belarus, and Slovakia to halt illegal migration. In the capital, Warsaw, the rally is attracting several hundred supporters, including groups of football fans, some of whom are wearing nationalist and anti-semitic symbols and shouting anti-immigrant slogans. Speaking at the demonstration, Konfederacja lawmaker Przemyslaw Wipler is calling for a complete overhaul of the European asylum system.
