Residential structures and paddy fields are being submerged in water after the River Jhelum is breaching at many places in the Zoonipora area on the outskirts of Srinagar, Indian Administered Kashmir, on September 4, 2025. Floodwaters are entering the residential areas after the Kashmir valley is receiving heavy rainfall.
