New voluntary military training starts in Wesola near Warsaw on Saturday, Nov 22, 2025 program that will allow every citizen to learn how to respond in crisis situations amid fears of Russian aggression. Citizens are be able to sign up for courses in basic safety, survival, first aid and cybersecurity. The program has been billed as the first initiative on such a scale in Poland, and aims to build civic readiness and strengthen the resilience of society.
